The role of the Administrator is to provide a central point of administration for the Devon & Cornwall ISVA Service, and Plymouth & South Devon Therapy Service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is of the highest quality and that both clients and operational staff needs are met. This includes responsibility for the day-to-day co-ordination and delivery of all administrative duties,as well as creating and implementing new reporting systems to meet key performance indicators.Furthermore, you will provide reception and telephone cover for our Plymouth office-base, with the requirement that you are conscientious, meticulous, able to act in a confidential manner at all times.Being a highly motivated and flexible individual, you will also be able to work unsupervised, be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook, and be able to create charts in Excel using data from our client management system (Modus).This role works closely with the Director of Sexual Violence Services, Devon & Cornwall ISVA Manager and Plymouth & South Devon Therapy Manage.* Adopt professional, moderate and respectful demeanour in language and working relationships* Be punctual and properly prepared for the working day and meetings* Ability to work flexibly during times of sickness absence or annual leave* Challenge inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour* Wear ID at all times* Wear appropriate dress should be smart-casual as a minimum, appropriate to the setting* Be honest and trustworthy* Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR legislation* Act with courage and integrity at all times* Keep promises and honour commitments, giving a reliable service* Be patient and even tempered* Continuous professional development incl team meetings, supervision and training relevant to the postAcorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
