Are you interested in joining an industry-leading company Were looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Collection Advisers to join a team in Durham.This is a hybrid role with currently 1 day per month in the office. The focus of this role is to build strong relationships and deliver a world-class service to new and existing customers, as well as third-party relationships.The company are well-known in their market for delivering world-class customer experiences, therefore we are looking for someone that has great communication skills and a customer first approach. They offer a friendly and supportive culture and have a companyvision of becoming the most customer-focused company within their sector by delivering value and efficiency.Great working hours - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm!Starting salary of £22k plus bonus.Responsibilities:Excellent customer care and collections experienceDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customersAdvising and support customers to ensure accounts are paid to the terms of their contractDeal with all calls professionally and in a timely mannerLook at opportunities to maximise cash collection and minimise uncollectible amountsSupport credit control and the wider team and businessAbout you:Excellent customer service skills Demonstrate strong influencing and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills who can build positive relationshipsStrong IT skills specifically Microsoft Word and ExcelCompany benefits include annual bonus, 24 days holiday + bank holidays (+ the option to buy up to 5 days), free onsite parking, pension with up to 10% employer contribution, a healthcare plan and more.If youre interested in this role, please send in your cv and a member of our team will be in touch.
