Im hiring for a HR Advisor on a 3-month fixed term contractYour Role:As HR Advisor, youll provide a professional and effective generalist HR service to all areas of the business including advice to management on all employee relations issues, ensuring that support, advice and guidance is given consistently across the businessin like with company policy and UK legislation.Your Salary & Benefits (pro rata)-£30,000-£34,000 per annum -25 days + bank holidays per annum Your Working Setup: -Site based Monday to Friday (40 hours)-Flexible start/finish times (between 08:00-17:30)More About You:- Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5)- Previous or current experience in a generalist HR role- Adaptable and enjoy high levels of autonomy- Experience in a fast-paced environment- Able to start ASAP
