Our new and expanding client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Fitter / Coachbuilder to join them on a permanent full time basis working 7.30am-4.30pm.As Vehicle Fitter / Coachbuilder, you will be carrying out duties involving modifying vehicles, building, assembling and fitting various bespoke assembly parts and components to vehicles.The Vehicle Fitter / Coachbuilder role will involve drilling, cutting, riveting, bolting and screwing components and parts including steel, aluminium, plastics, GRP and wood materials. You would use hand tools and basic cutting machinery to modify and alterthe vehicles and parts.The ideal candidate will be able to work well as part of a team or using their initiative, working unsupervised and have good time management and organisation skills.All of the work is carried out on new vehicle chassis and a very high standard of finish is required.
