Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Deliver Lessons: Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and provide timely feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Inclusion: Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for students’ needs within the school community and beyond.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives.
