Job Description

Role Description

  • Participate strategic process improvement and IT initiatives including the implementation of a TMS.
  • Develop and maintain Treasury policies, standards, structures, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage and establish robust Treasury processes
  • Ensure accuracy and diligence in all BAU activity of the Treasury team.
  • Managing bank accounts, intercompany cash flows and daily cash positions.
  • Manage and opine on group investment portfolios
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage rolling longer term cash forecasts.
  • Management of funding facilities in line with legal parameters.
  • Engage with external counterparts on various matters.
  • Intercompany loans & settlement.
  • Treasury accounting & Reporting – month end and covenant reporting.
  • Market Risk management, forecasting, hedging, and reporting
  • FX management (limited)
  • Management of credit card Programmes
  • Stress testing
Role Requirements
  • Significant Treasury experience in a bank or corporate setting
  • Demonstratable ability to implement change.
  • Strong excel financial modelling skills
  • Ability to act under own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work effectively
  • Effective relationship building, stakeholder-management
  • Good understanding of banking facilities (Revolving credit facilities, securitization etc.)
  • Experience of managing a small team of analysts
