Treasury Manager, Cambridgeshire

Role Description

Participate strategic process improvement and IT initiatives including the implementation of a TMS.
Develop and maintain Treasury policies, standards, structures, procedures, and controls.
Manage and establish robust Treasury processes
Ensure accuracy and diligence in all BAU activity of the Treasury team.
Managing bank accounts, intercompany cash flows and daily cash positions.
Manage and opine on group investment portfolios
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and manage rolling longer term cash forecasts.
Management of funding facilities in line with legal parameters.
Engage with external counterparts on various matters.
Intercompany loans & settlement.
Treasury accounting & Reporting – month end and covenant reporting.
Market Risk management, forecasting, hedging, and reporting
FX management (limited)
Management of credit card Programmes
Stress testing

Role Requirements

Significant Treasury experience in a bank or corporate setting
Demonstratable ability to implement change.
Strong excel financial modelling skills
Ability to act under own initiative
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work effectively
Effective relationship building, stakeholder-management
Good understanding of banking facilities (Revolving credit facilities, securitization etc.)
Experience of managing a small team of analysts
