Job Description

Temporary Service Advisor Peterborough £14 - £15 Per Hour Weekly Pay No Saturdays Flexible Contract Length -Our client, a prestige brand car dealership inPeterboroughhave the requirement for an experience Temporary Service Advisor to join them on an immediatestart contract.As a Temporary Service Advisor your duties will include:

  • Meet and Greet Customers
  • Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
  • Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
  • Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and Drivers.
  • Invoicing work carried out
  • Invoice explanation and taking payment
  • Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:
  • Recent Motor Trade Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience
  • Franchised Dealership Experience
Desirable Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Franchised Dealership Experience
Remuneration & Benefits
  • £14 - £15 per hour DOE
  • Weekly Pay
  • No Saturdays
  • Paid Overtime
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday 8am6pm
