I am seeking a Senior 1st Support Analyst who is looking for their next move into a leadership role. As the Team Manager you will manage a medium sized team of 1st Line Support Analysts, driving KPI’s and SLA’s. Supporting a global business, you will work closely with the Senior Management team to drive performance and efficiency. We need someone who can give evidence of leading a small team and may be looking to further their career.The successful will demonstrate;You will be customer focused, someone who can be an escalation point for customers and the team.We are looking for a candidate who has a strong management style and keen to progress, you will have worked within the technology sector.A good understanding of ITIL methodologies.Strong communication skills to your team and to senior management.Exposure to International teams and cultures.You will have an analytical mind, someone who can review and measure trends.Ability to take ownership of tasks and see through to resolution.Able to deal with confrontation.You will be resilient, have patience and passion for seeing those develop around you.Confidence in working with senior stakeholders.Process orientated, someone who can support internal expectations and drive improvements.Adaptable to change.This is an exciting and inclusive role; you will be supported by a wider community of Team and Shift Leaders. You will be exposed to internally training courses and encouraged to continue your development.This is a business who offer 24/7 solutions so will be shift based from Monday to Sunday, supporting a rota system.
