The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title:German-Speaking Recruitment Specialist/ Talent Acquisition SpecialistRotterdam, Netherlands – Hybrid Are you a German-speaking recruitment professional seeking an exciting opportunity to drive exceptional recruitment campaigns and manage diverse roles within an innovative business group Join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and youll play a vital role in shaping our business growth by identifying and sourcing top-tier talent. Based in our Rotterdam office youll be AB Agris dedicated European TA presence, you will build strong relationshipswith key stakeholders, thoroughly understand internal talent capability and resource needs, and oversee a variety of roles mainly across Europe and the UK and will also support with TA processes across South East Asia and the Americas when required for yourallocated business areas.Youll have a role filled with variety that in addition to sourcing exceptional talent will see you training hiring managers, refining processes and tools, and crafting assets that showcase AB Agri as an outstanding workplace.   • Establish yourself as a trusted partner in talent acquisition, focusing on talent insights, recruitment strategies, talent networking, EVP, and Inclusion & Diversity recruitment initiatives across Europe.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes, from initial briefs with managers and HR to crafting engaging job adverts and conducting structured interviews.
  • Identify the most effective recruitment channels and explore innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct direct candidate sourcing and comprehensive talent research, including talent mapping and labour market analysis.
  • Ensure the quality and potential of all hires align with our high standards.
  • Actively contribute to our Inclusion & Diversity strategy by leading initiatives that increase the hiring of underrepresented groups.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment professional, proficient in both English and German.
  • Track record of creating inclusive recruitment campaigns and successfully sourcing diverse talent.
  • Ideally, experience in international in-house recruitment.
  • Proficiency in talent mapping, labour market analysis, and talent insight reporting.
