Job Description

Registered Manager Assessment Centre Full Time Pay - £40,000 - £45,000pa Location: Onsite - Small Acres / Holbeach Esland are embarking on an exciting period of growth and are therefore looking for a passionate Registered Manager to join us on this journey. This is the perfect role for a well established deputy Manager or manager that wants to grow with an ever expandingcompany. We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead and manage our assessment centre. A different approach to care that gives our children a chance to learn and develop through outdoor activities. The role is to promote and encourage independence and life skillsfor our children and young people, ensuring that their safety and wellbeing underpins every decision we make. We are looking for an "adventurous" Registered Manager who has at least a keen awareness of outdoor activities and there place within delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people who have experienced significant trauma. We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and lifeskills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make. We are looking for: Significant experience of managing or supervising a team in a residential childrens home or a challenging behaviour setting Level 5 qualification with children and young people or equivalent An interest in outdoor pursuits/NGB outdoor qualification Applicants must be aged 21 or above in line with industry regulations and hold a full, UK driving licence Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the costs will be covered by the company).
