Regeneration Development & Delivery Manager Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)Working from home. This role will coverour Southern developments,so there is arequirement to work on site and from one of our national offices up to 2 days per week.Salary c£40,000pa depending on experience, plus, brilliant benefits! We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in our new role of Regeneration Development and Delivery Manager, managing the delivery of our regeneration programme from new build to refurbishment projects.Youll be supporting us in our strategic priorityto build the right homes, in the right places and managing investment into our existing estates to support our customer promise.This is a great opportunity to really make your mark, using your technical development skills with customer and community facing experience. Youll be ensuring that our customers and communities are always at the heart of Regeneration.Youll manage and deliver projects from site/estate identification through to aftercare, working collaboratively as part of our national strategic asset group.This will include options assessments, land and development legal frameworks, project appraisals,planning submission and managing construction through to project completion.Youll be working across several sites and estates delivering a variety of development investment solutions. Youll carefully manage income and expenditure and be responsible forour relationship with developer and contractor partners.Youll be reporting to one of our Senior Regeneration Development and Delivery Managers, working alongside Simonour Head of Regeneration,who is passionate about building communities through social value and the re-development of homes.Working flexiblyYoull work from home, coveringour Southern developments. Youcan collaborate with colleagues using Microsoft Teams, but there is arequirement to work on site and from one of our national offices (Peterborough, Birmingham, London, Leeds)up to 2 days perweek.
