We offer a consultative approach and tailor our recruitment drives to each individual client.Job Specification

Working alongside a close team of dedicated recruiters
Filling vacancies
Service existing business
Business develop across all commercial and technical roles
Manage full 360* recruitment cycle from initial interview to hire
Build strong rapport with clients and candidates
Interview candidates face to face
Carry out and lead client meetings
Search and select relevant candidates based on clients needs

Person Specification:-

Previous recruitment experience IDEAL
MUST be tenacious and driven to develop and win new business
MUST be excellent at building relationships
MUST be able to work well on your own and as part of a dedicated, lively team
MUST have own car
