Job Description

Job Title: PSV TechnicianSalary: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE + OvertimeLocation: Peterborough AreaAlecto Recruitment are working together with our client to find an Experienced PSV/HGV Technician.This is a great opportunity to work for a very sucessful family run coach company.shift patternMonday - Friday days (Overtime Saturday optional)This is a Full-Time permanent position in the Peterborough area.The responsibilities:

  • To carry out inspection, servicing, and repairs on Coaches
  • Fault Diagnostics while solving problems that may arise
  • PSV Pre MOT inspections maintaining DVSA standards
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is kept up to date
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Ideally NVQ level 3 in HGV (not essential)
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within the HGV/PSV Technician role
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to be a team player
  • Work safely and maintaining company practice
