This company are a niche construction company who consistently produce high quality refurbishments within social and private housing properties. Due to their specialism in the sector and quality of works they have experience rapid growth as a business. Theyhave a large insurance client base for who they fulfil a variety of projects from small works to full demolition and refit projects. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing business.The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the property refurbishment sector. You will have a strong project management background with proven experience of producing projects on time and to budget. In this role you will be in charge of insurance repair projects from start to finish. Once the projects have been won you will meet with the client and homeowner to discuss the project, produce a delivery program, organise trades, coordinate deliveries andensure builds are compliant with current building regulations. This is an autonomous role so you will be self-sufficient and manage your own diary and oversee construction professionals ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to join a growing company in an autonomous role where you will challenged whilst working on a range of projects and rewarded with lucrative bonuses and progression.The Role:
