Job Description

Are you looking for an organisation that will offer you great career progression FIND have the perfect opportunity for you.FIND is partnering with an exceptional educational setting to recruit an HR Business Partner. This is a great opportunity if you are a HR Advisor/ HR Officer looking to launch your career into HR Business Partnering.Please note- you MUST have experience working in an educational environment to be considered for this opportunity.Role responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the People Strategy aligned with Business objectives.
  • Lead with both the development and implementation of a wide range of HR processes and activities.
  • Work closely with trade unions.
  • Manage ER casework.
  • Assist with Change management restructures.
  • Establish Business Partner type relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Provide support and coaching to line managers.
  • Project work
  • Provide operational support.
The successful candidate will need:
  • To have worked in an educational environment.
  • Hold an HR Qualification, CIPD or equivalent.
  • Experience with working with trade unions.
  • Experience managing ER casework.
  • Good communication skills.
