We are working with a well-established Education Organisation, and they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the business ASAP.The role would be ideal for an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity with a well-established Trust, who has proven experience working within the Education industry and can work in an autonomous role and fast paced role.For this role, and as you will be travelling across 4 sites (local to Peterborough), it is essential that candidates can drive and have access to a car.Reporting into the Head of HR and working as part of a regional team of 8, the role will be responsible for providing HR support across 4 local sites. The focus of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the HR function, providing advice and guidanceacross the full employment life cycle i.e., from recruitment, ER cases, coaching and up-skilling managers, through to employee exit.
