General Manager - Park and Leisure HomesBased: Midlands or SouthArea Covered: UK & IrelandPackage: £90,000 - £125,000, Bonus Potential, Company Car, PensionOur client is looking to recruit for a General Manager - Park and Leisure Homes to take over the running of the business. They are offering an excellent, long-term opportunity for the right person, with a competitive package and excellent development.They are looking for applicants with proven Operations and General Management experience within Park and Leisure Homes, Modular Construction, they may also look at candidates with a strong track records in skilled and semi-skilled, Labour intensive industries.Reporting directly to the board, the successful candidate will take over the overall running of all aspects of the business. This includes sales, design, product innovation, supply chain, operations, and aftercare. spanning end to The successful candidatewill be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider group business.The business is well established with a strong order book with Public and Private Park Site Developers. They are also embarking on the supply of homes into the wider group they are a part of.As a General Manager - Park and Leisure Homes, you will oversee build projects ranging between £75,000 and £200,000 and customer programmes measured in the low millions. You will drive performance on SQDCME, including gross and net margins. Specific focusin the short term will be on throughput, labour effectiveness, purchasing effectiveness, DFMA, innovating around sustainability of supplied products.The role offers an excellent opportunity to Lead a business with significant growth potential, including expansion to a multi-site operation. You need to be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual, who has the gravitas to gain the confidence from theBoard, who will, in turn, give you the freedom and support to grow the business by a significant multiplier. The Board are looking for a strong leader, ambitious to grow and develop your career alongside the business.You will possess a Proven Track Record in Operations and General Management in a skilled and semi-skilled, people centric environment.
