Broster Buchanan are exclusively recruiting for a Finance Analyst to be based in either in Kings Lynn or Peterborough. This role is hybrid working.If you are looking for a career, constant development and progression with study support included this is the role for you.The Finance Analyst role supports both the Commercial Finance team and wider business through weekly/periodic reporting, analysis and trending along with systems support to the sales team for entry and approval of invoices from customers.In addition, this role will be the key Finance Business Partner to the UK and International Marketing teams providing support, challenge and financial insight to enhance decision making and provide visibility to the business.The role will also support in the financial assessment of new product launches and forecasting for an international market. Key Accountabilities* Preparation and analysis of weekly/period results and challenge anomalies to ensure integrity.* Period end reconciliation of key measures between the ERP system and the Business Information system.* Preparation and entering of journals.* Ensure all pricing is up to date and maintained * Support to Marketing teams in preparation and tracking of budgets and forecasts. Ensuring systems reconcile and POs are complete and timely.* Responsible for the maintenance and reconciliations* Aged analysis of accruals for commercial spend.* Improve and streamline the reporting process.* Budgeting & Forecasting* Develop and maintain strong Business Partnering support to Marketing team * P&L preparation and robust challenge of assumptions for new product launches. Active CIMA/ACCA studiers and Graduates will be considered, you must be able to showcase drive and ambition.
