Job Description

Would you like to join a very forward thinking company Their attitude towards IT solutions is massively ahead of the times. Are you a photocopier field service engineer looking for a new challengeor perhaps an electro - mechanical FSE seeking a new sectorWhat will your day to day responsibilities be

  • Service, repair & maintenance of MFDs
  • Achieve high first time fix level for calls
  • Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
  • Manage vehicle stock
  • Covering the areas of Peterborough / Cambridge
RequirementsWe will consider any experienced photocopier or any electro - mechanical break -fix engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer
  • Strong customer facing skills and experience
  • Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
  • Proven technical experience
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
