FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR - Peterborough JOB TITLE: FieldCare SupervisorREPORTS TO: Registered Branch ManagerSUMMARY OF POST: To support a team of care staff to provide a skilled and sensitive service, which empowers day-to-day personal assistance and physical care, social and / or emotional needs of the service user.They should observe, monitor and report any areas of concern to the Registered Manager. Supervisory responsibility for support workers.This is a 40 hour contract, over 5 days per week.You will be repsonsible for mentoring and supporting new and existing care staff out on the field. You will support the branch with complaince and when required cover hands on care.You will lead by example and guide staff to deliver a safe service.
