Job Description

We are recruiting for our FMCG client that are looking for an Events and Brand Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team of people and be part of an exciting company that manufacture skincare and beauty products. Our clientscustomer base ranges from key multiple drug stores, grocery and fashion retailers.Overall Purpose of the Role: Work as part of the Brand Business Development Team, maximising strategic commercial opportunities to ensure continued growth in the Brand division. Support with all aspects of administration relating to sales in the Brand division. Manage operational processesto support Export and Domestic customers. Coordinate all Brand Sales events including international exhibitions.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of events including international and domestic conferences, exhibitions, and territory visits in conjunction with Business Development Managers
  • Management of Registration process for international customers, including documentation management
  • Management of over labelling process for export customers
  • Preparing and presenting internal sales presentations, including Brand sales summary and EPOS reports
  • Preparing and presenting pricing and business terms to new and existing customers
  • Assist in preparation for networking events including conferences and trade shows
  • Research and identify opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Supporting Business Development Managers to achieve KPIs by Brand and by Customer
  • Regular updates to pricelist and clearance list in accordance with business direction
  • Develop and maintain a list of current and prospective customers
  • Updating and managing forecasts with Business Development Managers
  • Management of product set up process including but not limited to New Line Forms
  • Support in NPD process for Off Price Export customers
  • Processing sample orders for Brand Business Development Managers
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience providing administrative support in a commercial environment
  • Experience organising events in a corporate environment
  • Experience and ability to demonstrate working in fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively, committing to shared goals and aspirations
  • Agile and resilient with ability to work in an ever changing and high pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline focused
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel
  • Proficient and comfortable at understanding trends, analytics and analysis, to produce required stats and ad-hoc reports
This position is based just outside of Peterborough easily commutable from Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Orton, Corby, Oundle, Hampton, Wisbech.
