Job Description

Apollo Home Healthcare is a national provider of high-quality complex care at home services for adults and children, allowing individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centred care and support.We have an exciting opportunity for an applicant with a proven track record in delivering a home care service, experience of working with a high volume of service users and strong people management skills. Main responsibilities as a Deputy Care Manager:
  • Taking a lead role in implementation of new complex care packages, working closely with families & commissioners and recruitment activity
  • Support and assist the Operations Manager and deputising for them when required.
  • Support with planning, coordination, development and administration activities with the purpose of providing a professional quality service.
  • Management of accidents incidents and complaints
  • Training and development of office-based staff.
  • Coordination of complex discharges from hospital settings.
  • Ensuring all CQC requirements, relevant legislation, and standards along with policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Attendance at meetings with commissioners, families and with the wider MDT.
The role is working within a dedicated team in a very fast paced environment.Your working hours will be between 09:00 -17:00 Monday - Friday.You will also receive the following benefits:
