Job Description

Contracts Manager - Industrial FlooringJob Title: Contracts Manager - Industrial FlooringIndustry Sector: Contracts Manager, Contracts, Project Manager, Resin Flooring, Industrial Flooring, Flooring, Flooring ProductsArea to be covered: National (must be commutable to PE postcode office)Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 + commission (once up and running)Benefits: £500 car allowance or company car & full benefitsThe role of the Contracts Manager - Industrial Flooring will involve:

  • Working for a national industrial resin flooring contractor
  • Day to day management of on-going projects (completed on time and in accordance with regulations)
  • Will be responsible for the required materials, all contract and legal documentation to ensure the project is successfully completed to budget
  • When required visit site and qualify all information coincides with the clients expectations
  • Coordinate, estimate and manage all remedial work
  • Ensure documents are in place and agreed to guaranteed project comply with current legislations
  • Manage and sign off all sub-contractors payments
  • Sign off the final account with the commercial team so contract can be invoiced
  • Make sure clients are aware of deliveries and time scales
  • Identity anything missed through the selling process and communicate to the sales team
    • The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Industrial Flooring with:
  • Must be a Contracts / Project manager in the construction / industrial sectors OR be "on the tools" working as an installer, estimator / surveyor looking for a step up in your career
  • Must be in the flooring market sector, ideally industrial resin flooring would consider other related background if you’re an experienced Contracts Manager
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ideally certified in health & safety and regulations
  • Confident and articulate
