The role: We are looking to recruit an experienced tutor /assessor who has a strong background in working with children, young people and families within the residential childcare sector.The apprenticeship standard you will be delivering is Children, Young People and Families Practitioner- Residential Pathway. Within this apprenticeship Standard there is a Level 3 diploma, functional skills in English and maths and knowledge, skills and behaviours; all of which culminate in an End Point Assessment which is externally assessed.Interaction with students will primarily be through MS teams, unless client sites suggest otherwise. This will be a remote/home based role with some travel requirementsYou will ensure learners have clear objectives to support their timely progression.It will be your responsibility to support learners through their learning journey to successful completion of their EPAYou will observe, review and provide feedback on evidence produced by learners throughout their Apprenticeship, to support completion of Work Based modules, EPA and meet the needs of the Awarding Organisation.Skills & Experience required:
