Job Description

Artwork Processor Photocentric Ltd based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and the US is a leading UK based manufacturer of innovative products including 3D printers, resins and craft stamps. We are looking for an Artwork Processor preferable with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to manage the workload of the department, working with the production team to ensure a smooth running schedule.Duties and Responsibilities of our Artwork Processor:

  • To process artwork from customers to create files for production using Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw (training will be given).
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email confirmation of orders and deal with queries.
  • Ensure that the stamp, inserts, stencils, ephemeras, craft dies and paper packs orders are on track and take action to ensure they are by making correct decisions on priority.
  • Manage with any issues or enquiries by making well informed decisions; such as scheduling queries, customer complaints and production issues caused by the artwork department.
  • Checking and updating the Production Schedule on Excel.
  • To upload the customers artwork to the online ordering system once the artwork produced and approved.
  • Print the negative & mask for stamp orders in line with the SOP 02-070
  • To order needed materials for artwork department

  • Can work to tight deadlines
  • Commercially aware and customer focused.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw or similar (training will be provided)
  • Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
  • Graphic Design experience would be useful
