Job Description

Due to recent growth and continued success my client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Account Manager to join their team in January.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and to work alongside a brilliant team of ambitious individuals.As an Account Manager it will be your responsibility to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders across multiple customer accounts. You will offer support throughout the sales cycle and will ensure service levels are achieved.You will work collaboratively with the wider the business, ensuring customer demands are met and exceeded.This is a growing business so we are seeking a self-starter who is happy to "jump in". You must be a confident communicator who is able to manage and resolve confrontation. You must be organised, pro-active and able to take ownership of your work and ideas.At the risk of sounding cliché, this is a career, not a job. Passion, ambition and drive is essential!Due to the demands of the role, previous experience of working within cosmetic manufacturing or manufacturing is essential to be considered for this opportunity.The role:

  • Be the primary point of contact for key customers, managing day to day requests and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Handle initial enquiries and manage customer pipeline throughout.
  • Forecast and track key account sales.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Handle and overcome objections.
  • Take ownership of customer requests, delivering a successful result.
  • Work closely with the wider business to achieve company objectives.
  • General sales administration.
  • The individual:
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of an organisation, including Executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions.
  • A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result driven environment.
