£9.50ph B42 Location SF Group are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading multi-channel retailer based in Birmingham with a sustained focus on growth. An exciting opportunity has arisen as we continue to expand and develop, for a Warehouse Supervisor. Within the warehouse, we require a dedicated goods in/returns supervisor, to oversee and manage the daily goods in process, this will cover various aspects of goods in, including supplier deliveries and customer returns. Key Duties will include: - Diligent in checking and booking in of goods in onto warehouse Brightpearl system - Creating processes and policy for goods in - Creating the policy and procedures for customer returns - Creating the policy and procedures for supplier returns - Implementation of the correct processes for both customer and supplier returns - Achieving the required targets for processing of returns and supplier returns - Reporting the Warehouse manager and Operations manager on key KPIs - Maintaining effective stock control of all returned units I the warehouse - Oversee the testing of returned units and ensure any faulty units are identified - Inputting and processing of customer returns in the Brightpearl system - Creating courier claim cases and working closely with the customer service team to ensure these are raised on time Core Skills Required: - Process driven - Problem solving skills - Pro-active forward planning - IT literate - Time management and prioritisation - Flexibility in working hours - Accountable - Good communication, both verbal and written Terms: - Full-Time Permanent - 42.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday (Including Weekends) - £9.50 per hour - Reports to - Warehouse Manager
