HR AdvisorWest MidlandsWe are looking for a strong HR generalist to join the HR team of a leading health and social care business with operations across England and Wales.Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide full HR generalist guidance to the regional and Head Office teams. You will be an experienced HR professional used to supporting all levels of employee within a growing multi-site organisation.The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record in a similar role, preferably CIPD qualified. Experience of immigration and sponsorship is of particular interest given the current hiring challenges the care sector is facing. Strong influencing skills,HRIS proficiency, and ER skills are key attributes for this role. Excellent communication, customer service and MS Office skills are required, along with a creative and innovative style.
