Ecommerce Manager- Job OpportunityRole: Ecommerce ManagerLocation: Birmingham, Perry Barr - HybridSalary: £45,000 - £50,000Our client, a well-established B2B wholesale business are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis. The Ecommerce Manager will drive B2B online trade by designing and implementing strategies alongside the Marketing and Product teams.Additionally, the Ecommerce Manager will also work with the Commercial team to monitor sales as you are measured on both sales and customer behaviour KPIsEcommerce Manager Skills / Background -* 3+ years in a B2B eCommerce role* Excellent Magento 2 knowledge* Knowledge of digital marketing channels* Data-driven* Attention to detail* Results driven* Ability to work under pressure* Strategic and reactive to changeEcommerce Manager Role Responsibilities -* Design and implement strategies to improve website sales* Deliver new ways of generating traffic* Work with external agencies to ensure website is optimised to achieve maximum conversion & performance* Produce reports to analyse campaign performance* Upgrade and implement website changes* Identify and report sources of traffic e.g. email, SEO, PPC, social media* Monitor trade performance and provide recommendations to improve* Identify key promotional opportunities based on trade and external trends e.g. forthcoming technology* Deliver regular performance briefings to the Commercial team* Investigate and report any operational/technical issues* Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really exciting business who are operating at a nationwide scale.Please contact Callum Stainer on or email for more information.
