Job Description

Red is recruiting French-speaking Help Desk Agents to join a global manufacturer founded in 1972. This position is located in Cardiff, however, hybrid options are available after a month.Package for a Help Desk Agent:

  • Salary: £22,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.45pm (Occasional 5pm finish)
  • Contract: Temporary, potential to go permanent after 12 months
  • Location: Cardiff, hybrid options available after 1 month
Key Responsibilities of a Help Desk Agent:
  • Answering incoming calls from Business-to-Business customers and resolving their queries or complaints
  • Arranging courier collections via shipping systems
  • Updating existing customer information and entering new customer information into the systems
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Liaising with service technicians and Field Engineers
Key Skills and Experience of a Help Desk Agent:
  • Fluent in French is required (A native speaker is preferred)
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should have strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
