Senior Commercial Property SolicitorHigh WycombeA highly ranked, Legal 500 firm are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in High Wycombe. As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling complex projects, includingdevelopment and high-value corporate occupier work.Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, leases, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Managing a caseload of complex matters and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Leading negotiations and providing support to junior colleagues.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the practice and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions, including development and high-value corporate occupier work.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
