Job Description

Reception Administrator (Part-time)Based in Penicuik£12 per hour + holiday payReed Business Support are pleased to be working with a reputable, welcoming organisation based in Penicuik. Theyre looking to onboard a temporary Reception Administrator until the end of October to help with a busy period. The successful candidate willbe responsible for supporting with a variety of administrative and customer service duties.

  • Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 12:30pm - other shift patterns can be considered)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Office based
Key responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers
  • Providing answers to queries or directing calls to the correct member of staff
  • Dealing with emails in the shared inbox
  • Welcoming guests to the office
  • Filing and scanning
  • Updating member database with relevant information
  • Ad hoc admin duties
Person specifications:
  • Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Administrator position
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good admin skills
  • Previous experience working with MS Office
