Temp Quality Administrator - 6 monthsEdinburghCompany client islooking for a Quality Administrator for an IVD company based in Penicuik. This person will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional support and logistical services including administrative support to the Corporate Qualitydepartment. Flexibility is expected to provide support throughout the department.The role will require a strong customer focus with the job holder required to routinely liaise with key staff from other departments / groups.Responsibilities:Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, supporting Corporate Quality team to ensure the smooth running of the Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance department.Document Management Process activities.. QMS records, administration of records in Q-Pulse eQMS system, including ensuring correct action owners are assigned and target dates of records are aligned with related records.Requirements:Extensive knowledge and expertise of MS Office and SharePoint.Must demonstrate excellent literacy and numeracy skills.Ideally experience of working in a technical or scientific environment.
