Job Description

Marketing CoordinatorBased in Midlothian / Remote£20,000 - £25,000 per annumREED Business Support are pleased to be working with an innovative bioscience company who are looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator on a 3 month temporary basis. Working with a Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providingcomprehensive support with various marketing tasks. The role promises to be an exciting challenge and is great for candidates looking to develop their skillset in a broad marketing role.The role is due to start ASAP and is a mixture of home and office working.Duties involved in the role:

  • Assist the marketing and commercial teams in the marketing of new and existing products, including:
    • Marketing literature and collateral
    • Commercial presentations
    • Event planning and coordinating
  • Coordinate all document reviews ensuring feedback is collected and actioned appropriately and shared with the document author and where required external graphic designers
  • Ensure all tools developed adhere to quality standards, are consistent with our brand guidelines and are appropriately approved through our approval framework
  • Support our media, PR and digital strategy at business area and product level, including:
    • Website content management
    • Website analysis
    • Social media content management and analysis
  • Day-to-day management of our Salesforce platformincluding:
    • User management
    • Data auditing and maintenance
    • User support and engagement
    • Testing
    • Reporting
  • Continuous improvement and troubleshooting
  • Schedule and organises marketing meetings, generate agendas, maintain and distribute meeting minutes and action trackers
  • Generate marketing project status reports, tables, graphs, presentations where required
  • Interfaces with multi-disciplinary teams
What were looking for:
  • Previous Marketing Admin / Coordination experience - ideally within a commercial environment
  • Excellent IT Skills including MS Office and CRM databases like SalesForce
  • Experience with WordPress or other website content management systems
  • Ability to interpret Google Analytics data
  • Project coordination / support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment
Desirable:
  • Experience working in the sciences sector or related field
