And theyve also moved into newpremises which have been fully refurbished, making for a modern working environment with lovely new kitchens and a roof terrace, where you can enjoy the fruit or.…the cake.What you will be doing Youll support the senior leadership team in a generalist human resources position, working across all aspects of the business, initially focusing on the UK but expanding to cover overseas entities. Youll be responsible for strategic HR but will also needto "roll up your sleeves" and deliver expert day-to-day support to line managers. Youll lead, mentor and develop one direct report. Responsibilities will also include:-

• Leading the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Developing and coordinating the people strategy and processes.
• Managing all employee relations issues.
• Working closely with the head of business operations, taking on ad-hoc projects and deputising for them in project or management meetings as necessary.
• Developing relevant metrics and KPIs best to monitor the effectiveness of people strategy and processes.

What you will need

• Experience in a generalist HR role as a senior HR officer, HR business partner, or HR manager.
• Level 5 CIPD or equivalent.
• A demonstratable track record of building strong relationships at varied levels and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
