We support 4 males and 1 female, who enjoy going out in the community and accessing facilities suitable to their capabilities.In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.We work supporting people with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and communication difficulties, working to enhance all life skills and promote independence.Come and join a team on a new adventure of supported living with people of differing abilities, who love being active and are looking for new ways to be involved in their community and have fun. You will be required to work closely with a small team. You mustbe confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you.Working hours will include days, nights and weekends. Support Worker / Lifestyle Co-ordinator - What we need from you:Candidates will need to be confident and motivated and be able to manage behaviours that may be verbally challenging.You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values.
