HSE ManagerRetail Construction / Fit OutNorth West£44,000 - £47,000 + Car / Car Allowance + BenefitsA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join a profitable, steady and successful Principal Contractor , who are a valued part of a multi-billion turnover group.The role of HSE Manager will see you oversee all Construction activity within a geographic area between the West Midlands and the North West, primarily within the Retail / Fit Out sector. My client primarily act at Principal Contractor, and projects are wideand varied but tend to last between 2-12 weeks. You will line manage a HSE Advisor in your region, working closely to ensure smooth running of the patch. Reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will also be involved in developing and implementingstrategy for your region to ensure ongoing success. The position offers hybrid working, with occasional (once or twice a week depending on circumstances) presence in the Merseyside office.To be considered for the role of HSE Manager, you will need have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced HSE Manager from a Construction background
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and on your path to Chartered IOSH status
• Industry experience within Retail / Fit Out / FM preferred
• Experience of managing people and multiple projects concurrently
• Hard working, self motivated, able to thrive in a largely autonomous role
