Job Description

This is a fantastic job opportunity to join one of the UKs fastest growing and innovative consortium of fire safety and security service providers.This account coordinating/administration role is based in Wellingborough and is ideal for someone who is highly organised, has confident communication skills and wants a varied role within a supportive and encouraging team.The role is ever-expanding, however the key responsibilities will be:

  • Implementing and organising engineer jobs/installations
  • Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure timescales and compliance dates are met
  • Raising purchase orders and stock adjustments
  • Arranging engineer visits with clients
  • Issuing documentation for clients site access
  • Raising invoices
  • Issuing work reports, scanning and electronic filing
  • Data entry to our CRM system
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email
  • General administration duties
The main skills for this role will include:
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Highly organised with ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable.
  • Keyboard skills including word processing, updating databases and excel spreadsheet applications.
  • General office experience.
