They lead, motivate and mentor their team whilst delivering clinical guidance and training toensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. Burlington Nurses carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident. They manage work areas and monitor practices to ensure they are safe andconform to relevant standards, policies and legislation and generally promote residents independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.For you, that will mean delivering the very highest standard of care possible. Assessing nursing needs, identifying and taking the right intervention when needed. Youll supervise colleagues, manage shifts and make sure flawless handover summaries are completedto ensure continuity of care.
