Do you have previous Warehousing and Customer Service skillsDo you have a Counter-Balance Forklift licenceJewson Partnership Solutions in Sunderland, are recruiting now for a Customer Service Warehouse Advisor.We provide provisions for a Local Government in the area. We work to supply with all the materials to assist them complete their build jobs.Hours of Work Monday to Friday 730am to 5pm (No weekend work)Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + 33 days holiday per yearAs a Customer Services Warehouse Advisor will have one of the most important roles within the branch network.You will regularly be the first and last point of contact for customers visiting the branch so you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience.To support the team you will;

Dealing with customers face to face on counter
Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles
Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
Maintain stock levels in the yard area, carrying out regular stock counts
Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Updating IT systems and sourcing materials online
