Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for 10 Care and Support Workers to join the Reablement Team in Halton.You will be providing care and support in the community - it is essential you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.PAYE: £12.18Umbrella: £15.23Responsibilities: To provide appropriate physical, emotional or intellectual support to people using services that will enable them to fulfil their aspirations as determined through the individual care and support planning process. This will include planned and unplannedcare including responding to attendant call systemsTo provide appropriate support that ensures that the dignity and privacy of each individual is promoted at all times, and that maximises the potential of each individual to live as independently as they are able to.To attend to the personal care needs of individuals as outlined in individual care plans.
