Job Description

Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our well established client at their site in Renfrewhire.This is a temporary assignment - with hours of work to be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.Working within their fast paced warehouse, the successful candidate will join the team in providing key support to the warehousing and logistics team.Duties will include:

  • Receiving of Good into the Warehouse
  • Preparing Goods for Distribution
  • Scheduling Logistics movements in and out of warehouse
  • Manual Handling / Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Recording and logging all stock movements in and out of the warehouse
  • Recording and preparation of IT equipment for disposal and ensuring all Asset information is accurate.
  • Ensuring the Warehouse is kept tidy and organised, whilst complying with Health and Safety procedures.
  • Stock Reports
  • Asset Lists
  • Goods in / Goods out
The successful candidates will:
  • Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
  • Knowledge and experiencing of using stock control systems
  • Moving and Handling experience
  • Use of Manual / Electric Pallet Trucks, trolleys, sack trucks etc.
  • Microsoft Windows PC Skills, email and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Experience of Warehouse Health and Safety
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to hold a valid full UK Driving Licence as travel to other sites may be required. A vehicle can be provided if required to transport stock to another location.
