Senior Facilities AdministratorPaisley£27,000 - £30,000Do you want to work in a family run business that values youMy client in the facilities management industry is looking for an experienced administrator to support their business. The company has recently taken on a big contract and is hoping a motivated, highly organised and process driven individual will join themon their journey to success.On a typical day you will support the team with all aspects of administration. This role will include interaction with customers, suppliers and staff. The successful candidate should be professional and presentable throughout their working day. 40 hours per week: * Mon - Fri: 08:30 - 17:00Benefits:* Holidays Bonus* Wellbeing package* Personal development (further qualifications)Main duties include:* Writing reports for clients, collating information and ensuring completion of internal reports* Fleet Maintenance - Responsible for servicing and MOTs* Responding to client queries and seeing them through to completion* Organising and analysing data based on internal statistics* Ensuring maintenance checks have been completed, working closely with landlords* Manage stock for Head office* Delegating takes to your teamThe ideal candidate: * Strong Excel skills* Highly organised and pro-active* Great communication skills* Positive can-do attitude* Experience with leading a teamYou must be an experienced administrator for this role.
