Brook Street are excited to be supporting Network Rail in their search for a Temporary Section Administrator in the Paisley area to start as soon as possible!The Role:To provide Administration support and follow set procedures. The post holder will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.Duties:Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report.Overseeing administrative procedures and processes.Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required.Completing weekly time sheets for staff.Maintaining and updating records using in house systems.PPE and material ordering.Booking hotels and accommodation.Document control.The Candidate:Must have strong Administration skillsData entry skillsComfortable with Microsoft packages including word and excel.Excellent Organisational skillsStrong communication and Customer service skill.Flexible with working hoursThe Package / Benefits:Temporary - 6 months with a possibility of extensionHourly rate - £12.40Location - Paisley, ScotlandHours of work - 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8-3:30Type of role - Office-BasedStart date - ASAPAbout UsWe recruit on behalf of some of the countrys best-known organisations across all industry sectors, as well as being a preferred and sole supplier for various Government departments.
