Job Description

ScS are one of the UKs leading sofa, carpet specialists. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team inPaisley - Abbotsinch.If you have the ability to build rapport with our customers, influence through your passion to show our customers the quality of our products and to advise them on the best furniture to help create a home they love, this might be the role for you.Our Sales Assistants are responsible for:

  • Providing our customers with an excellent experience within the store, helping them choose the perfect addition to their home.
  • Talk to customers about the features and benefits of our sofas and furniture, help them visualise how products will look in their homes and make recommendations
  • Process orders in store through an Ipad and process finance applications
  • General housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Be flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • Live by our company RIGHT values (Responsive, Inclusive, Get it Right, Hard Working, Trusted)
What were looking for:
  • Someone who can build rapport with our customers, ask the right questions to gain the knowledge which is needed to advise on the best ScS products and services
  • Ability to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not essential. A passion for a personal sense of achievement, teamed with drive to hit both individual and store targets is essential.

  • This role attracts realistic on target earnings of £30,000 with a minimum basic salary between £17,744 - £18,903
