Job Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis, by a highly reputable organisation based in Paisley, to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well establish friendly team in abusy and varied role.The main duties:

  • Recording all information in the time and attendance system, shift changes and logging, absence, shift swaps etc.
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Input all rotas and timesheets into the Time and Attendance system.
  • Compile and enter duties for all non-Contractual work ensuring use of correct rates, cross check report weekly.
  • Working closely with the HR Administrator, manage all holiday requests and leave balances.
  • Assist with all aspects of RTI to help ensure compliance.
  • Manage wage arrestment’s, completing CSA forms, DWP etc, ensuring accuracy of set up within the payroll system.
  • Provide HR Administration support to the HR & Payroll Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to track & monitor all employee absence
  • To provide support to the wider payroll function, dealing with employee queries, maintaining time and attendance system and covering absence.
The main requirements:
  • The Ideal candidate will have at least one years’ payroll experience
  • SAGE and Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
