Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key part of the Accommodation Team delivering excellent customer focused servicewithin the building ensuring our tenants receive a professional maintenance service.You will undertake minor reactive works such as electrical, plumbing and joinery along with planned works such as redecoration, grounds maintenance and waste management and will also play a key part in the periodic compliance testing of the installed systemssuch as fire alarm tests, water testing, lift checks etc.Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7.5 hours per day.Responsibilities of our Maintenance Technician include:
