Job Description

Our client, a frontline healthcare provider are seeking a Learning & Development Adviser for a short term opportunity through until 31/03/2022.This role is home based with occasional travel to Paisley.This attracts £100 per day.Main duties:

  • Lead the delivery phase of the new Management Essentials Programme.
  • Design the delivery plan with key internal stakeholders and deliver the programme to line managers.
  • Support the design, implementation and coordination of the Early Careers Feeder Programme, including government employability schemes, internships, modern apprenticeships and graduate options.
Essential skills:
  • The Candidate will have contemporary knowledge of organisational / leadership development and change theories and how to apply these in practice.
  • Extensive experience and success in applying consulting and delivery skills, understanding the learning environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of OD practices, tools and methodologies and proven track record of applied practice.
  • Experience and track record of successfully delivering projects/programmes within the public or private sectors.
  • Strong conflict resolution & problem solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
