The companyKEY FM is a sector pioneer having contributed more pro rata to the professionalisation of the Facilities Management (FM) sector than any other business globally, the business specialises in FM consultancy, tailoring True FM services, digital transformationservices and, smart technologies.The roleThe project has already commenced and foundational work on data visualisation, space management and indoor environmental quality have been completed. We now seek a Data Scientist project completer to focus on providing deeper insights and integration acrossmultiple FM systems.   • MSc in Computer/ Data Science, Electronic Engineering (2.1)
  • Experience in development and application of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
  • Experience of software design, documentation and management and, using analytics engines for Big data processing and High level Python, C/C++, MATLAB
  • Experience in Data Engineering (ETL/ELT processes, stream analytics), preferably in the Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge and understanding of Deep Learning and fuzzy logic systems.
  • Ability to analyse, design, develop, and validate integrated data science pipelines in varied and diverse business context
  • Understanding of tagging conventions and taxonomies for equipment and operational data produced by smart devices.
