Venesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, are currently looking to recruit multiple Desktop Analysts for an initial 2 month contract on a rate of £115/day (inside of IR35). The Role:There is a requirement for multiple Desktop Analysts, working within the organisations Various Proactive, Hardware Teams and GP Contractor Services and will support the build, delivery and installation of IT hardware (Desktop PCs) across the estate - Acute/Community/GP locations as part of a Windows 10 Desktop Refresh Project.These installations will range from single devices to individual areas/departments to larger volumes as part of project related deployment.Requirements:Must have either relevant technical education of qualification or at least 2 years of IT experience within specialist areaEssential:·Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service supportOr·Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification·Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills·Ability to liaise effectively with Senior Internal Managers and Senior External Managers/Clinicians is essential·Full clean driving licence and access to transportDesirable:·Knowledge of O365·Qualified in ITIL IT Service Management·Exposure to Health Service Desktop services·Additional HP/Dell/Lexmark(other vendor) hardware training /certificationIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
